What we can do for you
Preparing your Will or dying intestate
According to Thai law, a Will is the declaration of intention in contemplation of death concerning your personal property or the properties which you presently have ownership or co-ownership.
You can specify any person as the beneficiary under your Will, even if such person is not your heir.
If you die without a Will, after your death your estate will be distributed in equal shares among your statutory heirs according to Thai law, which may not be what you want.
